Park Homestay is an independently owned business committed to providing the best service and value to its customers. For a base price of just $3000 per month, students can live in beautiful Irvine, California and enjoy all the benefits it has to offer. Pre-orders are limited, please register as soon as possible!

Qualifications: ​​UCI Education Science major 12 years of SAT, SATII Math IIC experience SAT I, SAT II Math IIC 800 26 SAT I, SAT II Math IIC 800 on the first Saturday of each month 26 SAT or SATII Math IIC 4 students A score of 800 in the first class represents four prestigious SAT institutions.

Our Services

1. Housing

  • Luxury Apartments : ($3,500/month)
  • Base Price (includes food, utilities, transportation) : ​($3,000/month)

2. Education

Housing Image
  • Leadership Class: ($500/month)
  • Weekend SAT Course: ($700/month)
  • Consult with a former college admissions officer: (package only)
  • Weekly Lessons (2 hours/day, Monday-Thursday and/or Sunday as needed): ($1000/month)
  • ​Educational Package: 5 times a week, SAT weekend classes, leadership classes and counseling

3. Health
